When Mrs. AOW and I recently had Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with family and friends, all the young people were glued to their devices.
I like my iPad, but it's not my LIFE!

It has become a pet peeve of mine to see people walking around staring at their little screens. It's bizarre behavior and devices should be barred from the dining room table. Period.
Could I text you my comment?
You sure have that right.
We've got some young dude at work. I've never seen him/her walking into or out of the building not staring at his iphone. Literally.
This is so pervasive, it's like a twilight zone episode. There be something going on there I believe. Something in the mind control area. Seriously.
Love my iPod touch.
I've got several thousand songs
2 operas
a couple audio books
contacts
reminders
news podcasts
... and it's pretty compact. I just don't take it out in social situations.
Duck,
Neither Mr. AOW or I have gotten an iPod. Maybe we should?
